1. Two visits within the first 6 weeks of postpartum
2. Each visit lasting 3 hours
3. Care includes: processing the birth, nourishing food, herbal baths, sitz steam, light housework, meal prep, holding the baby while you rest, breastfeeding support, massage, etc. Essentially, whatever is most needed at that time.
